Jim Grant, HIS
Hearing Instrument Sciences
Jim Grant is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who specializes in hearing tests, custom ear mold impressions, hearing aid programming and fitting, cleaning, and hearing aid repair.
Originally from a small farming community in Southern Minnesota, he graduated with his bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University - Mankato. He and his wife, Allison, have been in the hearing industry for nearly fifteen years. Jim has completed extensive training from Starkey Hearing Technologies in their Center of Excellence.
Jim decided to get into the industry because he can see the impact that hearing loss has on individuals, their families, and friends. His passions are to help those who have hearing loss stay connected to their families, friends, and loved ones by providing the BEST care for his patients' hearing needs. What Jim enjoys the most about his career is getting to know his patients and their families. In his free time, Jim enjoys chasing around his 5-year-old daughter, Palmer, and 3-year-old son, Ed. He also enjoys hunting and golfing with his buddies and spending time with his wife. Jim and his family live in Victoria and are enjoying this crazy thing called life!
Terry Bemis
Patient Care Coordinator
Terry Bemis is a Patient Care Coordinator who has been in the hearing industry for 45 years. 35 of those years were at Starkey Hearing Technologies.
Terry understands the struggles people have with hearing loss. My husband Jim has been wearing hearing aids for 39 years. Terry and Jim live in Brooklyn Park with their Goldendoodle Kona. We have two daughters and 3 grandchildren. We enjoy old cars and traveling.

We believe in imagination and hard work, visible results and listening carefully. We believe that following a strict protocol of the best hearing testing methods helps us educate you on your hearing loss and what to expect from hearing aids. We believe all hearing aids should be fit using the latest real ear measurement techniques.
